Autumn Tour

"Autumn Tour" is a fun journey through the autumn atmosphere. The track follows the previous collections "Winter Tour", "Spring Tour", "Summer Tour" and concludes the cycle of the seasons. It is divided into the following movements:I. October: joyful dance of the leaves (Minor Seven)II. November, the sweet song (Major Seventh)III. Bizarre December (Jumping on the Octave). The piece begins with a sweet dance that briefly gives way to more intense and articulated rhythmic play. It is the joyful dance of the leaves, intense in its colours and movements, which characterises the month of October. Suspended and nostalgic is the November song. The wide, descending intervals of the major seventh recall the imminent fall of the leaves towards the mother earth, almost as if to create the right conditions for resting after so much frenzy and movement. The sparkling octave jump of December concludes the autumn season and the entire twelve-month cycle. Swing and solo parts for alto saxophone and trumpet highlight the energy and vitality of this month.
