This beautiful Christmas song was written by Mel Tormé and Robert Wells in 1944. It is the most broadcasted Christmas songs of all times, according to BMI (Broadcast Music Incorporated). Tormé himself recorded it several times, but the recordings of Nat King Cole are the most famous ones. He did four of them, of which the last one from 1961 are the legendary one.
