This city, with 100,000 citizens, is located in the French-speaking region of Belgium and the capital of the province Henegouwen. It is also home of NATO headquarters. The fanfare opens with a theme by the trumpets and horns and flows into a lyrical melody. It is a beautiful warm-up and opener.
