Within 1 business day"Freedom Of The Seas – the name of the second largest passenger ship in the world. It is 339 meters long, 56 meters wide and offers room to over 4,000 passengers in 1800 cabins on 15 decks. This eponymous composition by Austrian composer Thomas Asanger describes the longing and dreaming of a cruise in the Caribbean. And despite the fact that he hasn’t had the experience of such a cruise himself, he still has been able to capture the atmosphere of such an unforgettable journey. Thomas Asanger is a conducting major at the Vienna university and holds great value to a differentiated development of his compositions in his artistic work. Although he doesn’t necessarily compose from a pedagogical point of view, there are always educational aspects to be found in his works. The rhythmical elements in this piece in particular will be a challenge to be performed extremely precisely. During uneven measures it is essential that the single 6/8th and 3/4th measure elements interlock as cogwheels, while at the end of the piece musicians have the opportunity to play a very gentle and delicate sound development.
