"Jack and Jill" is a very enjoyable piece for saxophone and wind band. It closely resembles the other Wiedoeft arrangements, published by Tierolff Muziekcentrale and arranged by Alain Crepin ("Dans l’Orient" and "Saxema"). It can easily be heard that Crepin fell in love with the piece when he heared it for the first time. It made him arrange the piece immediately. It’s a chance for the soloist to have a blast with the lyrical melody and several moments of true virtuoso, while the band can accompany with apparent joy.
