Within 1 business dayThe composition Eris – Historia Planetulae by Daniel Muck is a symphonic tone poem about the eponymous planet, which has been considered one of the dwarf planets in our solar system since 2006. Several aspects of this little planet are depicted musically in the composition. You will hear impressive passages depicting the symbolism of Eris’ place as the tenth planet, as well as calm and soft melodies. The composition ends with atmospheric and powerful sounds. Daniel Muck previously wrote a composition about the related dwarf planet Ceres.
The composition CERES – Historia Planetulae by Daniel Muck is a symphonic tone poem about the eponymous planet, which has been considered one of the dwarf planets in our solar system since 2006. In eight parts of this composition, as long ago only "The 8 Planets" of our solar system were known, the most diverse sides of this small planet are presented musically. The work alternates between wild passages, meant to describe the dark stain of the planet Ceres, to calm and gentle melodic lines. Finally, the composition closes with powerful and strong chords towards the future! Daniel Muck has also created another composition about the related dwarf planet ERIS; together these make up the "Minor Planets" suite.
