Bob Marley was born on February 6, 1945 in Jamaica and is well-known as a music writer and guitar player of reggae music. His big breakthrough was with the band Bob Marley & The Wailers (1963-1981). His compilation album, released 3 years after his death (1981) sold more than 25 million copies. Some of his most recognizable songs are: "Stir It Up," "No Woman, No Cry", "I Shot The Sheriff," "Could You Be Loved," and "One Love." This arrangement has been written with optional solo vocal and choir parts. The guitar and bass parts are also optional and are not a necessity to perform this piece.
