An order placed through our website with a minimum order value of € 100,- will be shipped free of shipping costs (free of postage).
The order must include for € 100,- titles of Tierolff, Himalaya Music, and/or Brain Music.

All our displayed sales prices include the applicable Dutch VAT. For international deliveries within the EU, the applicable VAT in that country applies. For deliveries outside the EU, no VAT is calculated. The VAT will be calculated correctly in the shopping cart and check-out, after you have filled in the country of delivery.

Shipping:

Without notification your order is being processed and will be shipped the same day (monday to friday) when in stock and placed before 15:45 hrs CET. (12:45 hrs CET on days proceeding national holidays) The delivery time of non-stock items is indicated with the products in business days on our website, there will be no further separate notification. When your order is shipped as parcel you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code by UPS after 16:00 hrs. CET on the day your order is shipped. UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes. You will receive no further notification for mailbox shipments. In case of free shipping, Tierolff will determine the final shipping method.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs will be determined by weight. There a too many variables involved to set a standard rate for international shipping. You will receive an indication of the shipping costs during the check out procedure at step 3. The final shipping costs will be calculated after step 3, but before you conclude your order with payment.
