Within 1 business dayThe waltz "Rosen aus dem Süden" (Roses from the South) is probably one of the most beautiful works in this genre from the pen of the incomparable Johann Strauss.
The present arrangement was commissioned for a band competition, with the stipulation that the playing time of four minutes should not be far exceeded. Fritz Neuböck kept the beautiful introduction in the original, but then used only three waltz parts and a shortened coda. If you are looking for a short counterpoint in your concert program, and want to fall back on a good Austrian musical tradition, you will greatly enjoy this arrangement.
This composition was created with the help of a contribution from the Music Investment Fund, an initiative of Buma/Stemra in cooperation with Voi©e, the Copyright Interests Federation and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in the Netherlands.
